The last few times I’ve been in the “manager” at this location has been rather condescending. If I don’t want to use the self service, don’t try to make me feel bad for coming up to the counter. That is your job.

This place is horrible! Every time you go in here they try to change you for something. I tried to return something to amazon...they wanted to charge me to tape a box!!! It was like $3!!! GTFOH!!!
Go else where for your shipping needs. Eureka needs a better more honest solution.

I made an online appointment arrived on time with my docs and I'd and the notary had me on my way within 15 minutes. Great, prompt service.

Unfortunately I had to give a star but really they don’t deserve any. Travelled all the way from Calgary to Eureka Montana after making an appointment online and receiving an email confirming the appointment with the notary to be told by staff that the notary doesn’t work Friday’s. The blank faces of the staff said it all… we don’t care!!! Thanks for nothing oh except the couple of tanks of gas it cost us and the time be warned people the website will allow you to book any day of the week but he only works Saturdays!!! Maybe change the website info!!!

This was the third store I had been to today after the other two said couldn't process my return. This store was able to process the same returns in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

Two young kids who were so rude. The girl at the front totally ignored me and the boy who was sitting on the counter in the back on his phone ignored me also. Never said anything at all. Please find a different job because customer service is not for you!!

I’m astonished at the amount of negative reviews for the Eureka store. I frequently return items using this location and I have only had positive experiences. The only issues I have had here were with the other customers being rude - never the workers.

This is the first ups store I have gone to that wanted to charge for taping a label on a box. Don’t recommend for Amazon returns. Use Kohl’s instead!

The man behind the counter was quite rude and inconsiderate. I came in there with a pretty rare antique ham radio component to get an estimate of what shipping would cost. He refused to give me any such estimate despite my having the address where it would be going and the packed item in hand.I then paid a small fee to get it packed into a box so we at least had that done. I got home we unpacked the box to check its viability in shipping. Needless to say it was not viable at all. This small little Wooden radio amp would almost certainly not survive shipping had it shipped in this manner and a small piece of WWII era history would have been lost forever.Listen to your customers needs. We were willing to pay you money to pack and ship something; but not anymore. Won’t return.

I have used this office numerous times and have never had any issues. The personnel have always greeted me and taken care of my shipping requestI’m usually in and out w no issues and one of the gentleman there also showed me how I could utilize the self check system in the store

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this UPS store and I've never experienced any problems. I've been here 5 or 6 times and always had pleasant interactions with whoever is working. Today, 1/20/23, I stopped in to ship an awkward motorcycle exhaust and Josh was an extreme delight, very friendly and helpful. He found a box that worked fine and I had a big box with lots of packing paper. It worked out great and I'll be back. Big thanks to Josh for his help
