“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). “I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time. Fantastic, honest people who look out for their customers - that's who Nassar Tire is in my book. They have a new customer here!”
