“I had the pleasure of working with Chris today. He immediately let me know he was still kind of training, but I had a wonderful experience! He was very transparent with everything, and he was very informative. If he wasn’t 100% sure on something,
he would confirm with colleagues instead of guessing. He had a great attitude and sense of humor. Steve was also amazing, and I can hands down say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any phone company, not just T-Mobile! As long as my bill matches what I signed, I am 100% satisfied! There was another gentleman working with Chris and Steve, and I didn’t catch his name, but he was super friendly too. Great team, great attitudes, and honest information! “This is the absolute worst Walmart ever. I put in for grocery pick up, the app would not work for me to do actual pick up, I called multiple times and no one answered, when I went inside they couldn't find my order and when they finally did, they told me to go around to pick up. I've now been waiting for 15 minutes. When I called yet again, the woman was so rude to me on the phone. I still don't have my grocery pick up. Walmart, this is f****** embarrassing.”
