Recently, due to job location change, we temporarily live outside of our home state.But we still can comfortably doing business with them, they take effort, time, and patience to forfill all that we needs.Their service is excellent

Employee came out to nitpick that I was parked in the lot. Open space next to me, 20 open spaces across from me. She didn’t know if I was a customer. Unwelcoming customer service definitely will not encourage me to do business with them.My car was running, so obviously I wasn’t staying long. As a home health nurse, I don’t have an “office” and had stopped to speak with a patient quickly. Employee literally came outside to tell me to move my car, tapped on my window glass when I attempted to focus on my patient phone call.I asked the patient to wait a moment and rolled my window down. As she’s standing in an open parking spot, she tells me that’s an employee lot. I explained my situation above and that I wouldn’t be staying long. She doubled down that I needed to move my car.SMH The parking lot was empty, and she was standing in an empty parking spot.WHY? I hope she never has a family member who needs home healthcare. She has no understanding that I spend my day using public restrooms and in parking lots in order to do my work.ETA: If she was concerned for her safety, in broad daylight, she wouldn’t have walked up to my car, tapped on my window, and an engaged in conversation. I’m sure the bank phones can call 911 in a safety emergency. Confirmed my point.

I've been banking with JBT for 20 years and couldn't be happier. They have been professional, courteous and personal throughout all of my financial needs. When I needed an auto loan quickly they made it happen. When I mess up and make too many transfers from savings they make sure my money is where it needs to be. If I mess up and don't move enough money to checking to cover my expenses they have always refunded the overdraft fee when I catch my mistake. When someone tried to charge my account fraudulently, they called me right away. They send replacement cards before you even knew the account was compromised. When I call the Eureka branch with an inquiry they know who I am before I even say my name! Ironically, I switched to them after being referred by another bank I had an account with and am so glad I did! I'd highly recommend them, they are the best!
