It’s quick trip for a reason, use both sides of register, multitask, direct and deli-gate. Target market and location is on point but don’t crack under pressure and become verbally immature with customers. 5 stars because location is key and this is my first issue, but rude is never the right attitude. Just be kind”

100 Old Towne Dr, Eureka“I had an issue with a defective propane tank. At the end of the summer (2022), I bought a full tank for my camper. I did not use the camper until the following April (2023). At the time of use, I found that it was defective. With the fitting attached to the tank I opened the valve of the tank and it immediately started to leak at the fitting. I moved the fitting to a different tank and had no leak. I moved a different fitting to the faulty tank and once again, there was a leak, confirming the tank was the problem.Being that the tank was still full, I went back to Circle K, hoping that I could just exchange it out for a new tank without having to pay. The employee I worked with didn't feel comfortable with that solution because I didn't have a receipt and insisted that I pay the usual exchange rate for trading in an empty tank for a full one. (Essentially making me pay twice for one tank of propane). There was no manager on duty at the time, so the employee left a note for the manager and told me to call back the next day. I called back and spoke with Debbie the manager. She immediately understood the situation and was happy to refund what was charged. She was very friendly and made sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Debbie!!!”
