I loved that they were able to text with me to get my information to provide me a quote. They followed up to ensure I received the official quote, and most importantly they didn't pressure me to buy the policy. I did choose to buy their quote and they followed up to make sure I had my policy documents and knew about the app to manage my policy. I appreciated the ease and convenience of the whole process.

Ed took the time to walk me through a home quote and auto coverage for my new car. I had been with my former carrier for almost seven years, but Ed found a better policy, with better rates, and better coverage. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and he and his staff have been nothing but professional, prompt, curteous, and caring. I’ve been very happy with Ed and his team in handling my insurance needs. I live 3 hrs away from his office but have not found that to be a hindrance. Ed is quick to respond to questions or claims.
