Nothing like it where we live. I didn’t know there were so many different kinds of wolves. The guide was very informative and covered a lot of information in a short time on the endangered tour. Our kids ages 7-14 enjoyed it. And the adults did too!

Visiting the EWC was a memorable experience for my granddaughter and I. We watched a brief video about the mission of the center then headed outside to view the foxes and wolves. Paige, our tour guide, was friendly and full of interesting facts about the animals and EWC.

This was a great experience. I loved getting to see the wolves close up. The tour guides, Sage & Emma, were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great information about the wolves, painted dogs, & foxes. I would love to come back to experience the wolf howl. ?
The Endangered Wolf Center is a non-profit dedicated to preserving and returning endangered wolves to the wild. Located about 20 miles from St. Louis, MO, this family-friendly destination offers a variety of tours to see our resident wolves, foxes, and African painted dogs in their spacious outdoor habitats.
When visiting for a tour, an educational tour guide will provide fun facts about the animals and the conservation work that goes on behind-the-scenes.
The Endangered Wolf Center is AZA Accredited and award-winning for our impact on saving endangered species of wolves, so every dollar spent on a tour or in our gift shop (you'll want a cute plush wolf to remember your visit!) helps us fulfill our mission and care for our animals.
