Avail is a great accounting firm especially for small businesses. As someone who has an accounting degree I can appreciate them for their expertise and broad knowledge base. They are easy to work with, know what they are doing, and they have really helped our business by taking over our payroll, book keeping, and filing all our taxes. Great job Avail!

I wanted to updated my review since its been a few years. Since 2013 I have had nothing but consistent and outstanding service from Avail. Our experience has always been fantastic from start to finish. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment. The process of doing our taxes has been streamlined as much as possible. Our CPA shows us the differences from the previous years. She covers any new laws that effect us. She answers all of our questions no matter how many we ask. When my husband and I leave we always have a great sense of understanding about everything and actually understand the breakdown. I appreciate the service we have been given over the past several years. I have recommend my co-workers, and family, and they have also had a positive experience. Will continue to do service with them and pass the business name along.

Used their services for years! And every year service gets worse! Will never use or recommend them to anyone ever again! Cant get straight answers for common questions. Important email from irs got lost in someones email for months! Impossible to get call backs from. Terrible customer service!

worse customer service ever! i don't know if the women working there, including the owner, were all on their periods at the same time, but i have never been treated so disrespectfully! will never use them again! the owner basically called me a liar in front of my son! rude! did not want to take the time to answer any of my valid questions!
