Until my problem is fixed this will not be taken off by myself.
I have brought my current civic and my previous civic to this dealer. Had good luck with the first car. My new civic not so much. Their mechanics can’t even put up a splash guard. Now I feel like I’m getting the run around. Granted I told them the wrong date. The lady did not want to listen after I told her I found the exact date. May 24th, at roughly 10am, for the one who reads this. Terrible customer service. Now the manager is “too busy”. Now I’m going to have to replace a $250 part because they don’t want to take responsibility. Even with it not being the first time it happened. I’m to the point where I don’t even want to own a Honda because of this.
Talked to Joe on 10-1 and they took zero responsibility. Would not recommend this place. Will never go back to Honda again. I should have listened to my gut when Aaron left. Poor techs and poor customer service.

I've visited West County Honda three times now, and each time has been disappointing. On my third visit (9/29/2024), I was inquiring about 0% APR deals, which a representative initially said they could look into by running my credit score. However, I was then handed over to Jason Bausch. When I mentioned that Sunset Honda in California was offering 0% APR this month, Jason sarcastically told me to 'fly to CA to get the deal.'
This is not the kind of professionalism I expect from a salesperson. Already twice I was totally disappointed by one of their salesmen. Now this is the third which made a hattrick.
Additionally, the used car prices were just a couple of thousand less than new cars, which doesn’t seem competitive. If customer service and transparency are important to you, I would be cautious with this dealership.

I went in Friday recently to see their Civics and fell in love with it. The next day, they had it held onto for me, I bought the car and still enjoy the drive in it. The salesman was very friendly and helped me through the process.

Went car shopping with my Father in law. Daniel was our sales person & he was wonderful from start to finish! He knew about the car we wanted to see, had it promptly pulled up, went over features and was able to answer all of our questions!

If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend West County Honda! We had a great experience all around!! I have never owned a Honda before and was looking around online. Rocco reached out to me via text and was very helpful, and not pushy like other dealerships have been. I was not really sure on what exactly I wanted to buy, but he was very patient with me and spent a lot of time search for the perfect fit. He continued to check in with me periodically, which made me feel valued. Once I finally decided what I wanted, they unfortunately didn’t have any in stock. He texted me as soon as one came in and I scheduled a time to go see it.
Once we arrived for our appointment, we were warmly greeted and introduced to Daniel, the salesman that would be helping us going forward. Daniel listened to everything I said and showed us the 2 cars Rocco and I had been discussing. He was very helpful and friendly and made this process quick and seamless. Daniel gave us a great deal on our trade in and on the new car we were purchasing.
There was an issue with one of the key fobs and Orlando, one of the managers, took care of it right away and fixed it for us right away.
Like I said, it was a wonderful experience all around, I am highly satisfied, and we will be back!

I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and needed, and why. Lisa provided great insight on the Honda HR-V I was interested in, but allowed me to guide the conversation and ask the questions that I felt were important, and either had an answer, or quickly got one, for every single question I had. It was an excellent experience, and I could not have hoped for a smoother purchasing experience, or sales rep to deal with.

We bought our Honda Pilot in 2023 from West County Honda. The staff are very professional and helped us pick out a great vehicle. After a year, the service and maintenance staff continue to be wonderful and help us with our regular appointments to keep the vehicle running great. I would definitely recommend checking West county Honda out if you are in the market for a vehicle.

BEWARE!!!
You need to buy the car before they share the final price. WHAT?? They even tried to insist I sign a paper before going over the final estimate of the car. It was very clear the sales team was trying to sell the car with a hefty price tag. Total waste of my time, so please be aware before you make any appointment. STAY AWAY!

Please be wary of this dealer. After setting up an appointment and having everything ready to buy a car from them (and them promising the vehicle would be there) we received a phone call an hour and a half before we got there that they sold the car out from under us. When I pointed out that it was promised it would be there I received a phone call from the manager, saying they could not make those promises and that the car was on a test drive. Instead of doing the right thing and telling the people on the Test drive that the vehicle was promised to someone else they just went ahead and sold it to them and then try to sell us a car for $5000 more. Please don’t get fooled like we did and waste your time.

Thank you West County for partially fixing my 10 year old Honda mini van. I do have to say that the advisor I worked with has really questioned my next visit---or whether there will be one to THAT dealership. The advisor I had was very rude, and pretty much raked me over the coals for failing to remember if I had a part changed, and that I was miles overdue. Luckily, I had had it done before needed, but not there---so she raked me over the coals for that as well! Even though I took it in for a noise I was hearing--I still hear that noise, but it does drive better. Prior to my visit, I had just detailed the inside of the car, and got it back dirty. I cleaned the driver's seat, etc., before I left the lot. I was hoping for a car wash, because when it was Stephen Vincel, I ALWAYS got a wash after service. On the Google page it even says, "Offerings: Car wash", well, that is WRONG. My van didn't get a car wash---even after spending almost $2,000.00! WCH, my specific advisor needs to check her "tude" at the door, put on a happy face, and treat customers like we are.......paying customers. (fyi-WCH used to always send a survey via e-mail---they must know---I NEVER got one!!) Thank you.
