I've had the most unpleasant customer experience in my life! AMNA the shift manager was outrageously rude. Whilst in store to pick up a photo order she repeatedly sipped from a large cup whilst looking at me (colleague 'Barb' was busy with another customer). After 5 minutes when Anna looked at me I told her I was waiting to pickup an order. She SIPPED AGAIN and totally ignored me. I had to leave the store and come back as I was in a rush. When I returned to the counter this 'manager' looked at me and walked into the back store room. When she returned (still sipping her cup) she asked if I wanted something. I for a second time explained that I was waiting to pick up an order and that I could see it on the bottom shelf. She then SLOWLY looked around perplexed, feigning that she could not see it. Another customer at this point explained to her that it was right in front of her. She then SLOWLY checked me out and was visibly angry when I said I'd like to quickly check everything was right with my order before leaving.What an absolutely unprofessional and discourteous individual. I will never shop at this Walgreens again. I can easily drive a few miles up the road and receive timely pleasant service.

I have never seen a pharmacy ran with such rude/ annoyed workers. I understand it’s “just a job”, but it’s not professional to push your disgruntled attitude onto people!First occasion, I go through the drive through and the blonde female comes to the window and before I could even say anything she glares at me and huffs. I apologized and I asked her if I did something to annoy her or am I making things difficult. She replies “No, what do you need”….Second occasion, I go to the inside counter and see the worker is busy answering the phone. I understand he’s busy, so I wait. After 10 minutes of him glancing at me and never saying a word (not on the phone anymore), I step up to the counter and he tells me “just a minute” and walks away. I stood there for another 10 minutes without anyone even coming back or even acknowledging me.After that incident, I switched all my business over to another pharmacy. I wouldn’t want to continue to annoy the staff by having them do the job they are being paid to do.

I had elective surgery today and my friend went to pick up my prescription for me. Initially we were told the medication would be $65. I recently changed jobs and lost my prescription medication benefits.Rachel took her time and searched GoodRx for us. Rachel was able to save me over 50% on the medication and I am thankful she used her expertise to help me.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff. Making my wife wait for 36 hours for her meds based on their failure to keep proper stock. Rude when talked to and their solution is to wait another 4 days for her meds. Close this place down the workers are trash

stopped by yesterday to pick up a prescription and they didn't have a pharmacist on duty so I couldn't get it.

I don't know what has happened to Walgreens but the service and wait times have plummeted over the last couple of years. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line that didn't move, so I went inside. Then saw they had 1 employee working and was switching between clearing the drivethru line then the in-store line. I chose poorly and had to wait 20 min for the in-store line. Yikes. Felt bad for the employee but walgreens needs to staff up and get themselves right again. It's not just this location...it's every one in my area.

Somewhat decent people at pharmacy but very inefficient and slow. This pharmacy needs to learn how to answer their phones without putting people on hold for 30 god-damn minutes for a simple medication with 2 callers ahead. I have gone here to get my prescription refilled and the service has gotten much worse. Waiting in line for 15 minutes only to be told that insurance denied it or that I need to come back since they don't have it in stock or they still need it to be refilled is the true hallmark of incompetence

This location has a lady that works the pharmacy that doesn't know how to get my prescription insurance to work in the system. If I see that she is working, I come back another time when a more competent person is working the pharmacy.

Couple hours ago I went to get allergy medicine, 2 bottles of iso alcohol and a box of tissues. Stood in line for 10 minutes or so waiting for one of the cashiers working to refund the woman holding the line up. It wasn't this cashiers fault tho, he went from his working station to his co workers station who couldnt be more disinterested in anything in his life. He stood there staring at me rudely enough for about 2 minutes and then at his co workers back for the next 8 minutes when he couldve started checking people out on the other register since there were roughly 5 people in line. But fine he wants his station back I dont even care, then the situation is resolved and I come up to apathetic worker instead of long haired worker who has some ability to do his job, I can feel something bad is gonna happen. I check out my stuff after the apathetic employee says nothing to greet me and swipes and haphazardly drops my stuff into a bag and hands it to me. I immediately look at the receipt and see I've been charged for 4 iso alcohol pints instead of 2. I come back in and tell apathetic employee that he messed up and charged me 4 instead of 2 and he says nothing to apologize or even acknowledge his mistake, he simply backs away from his register and takes another staring break and lets the actual employee with skills come over and refund me the 6 dollars back.I hate writing this out but I mean come on could this guy be anymore rude to a customer?

My daughter was sick, had meds called in at 7:15pm, she was in the store at 7:30pm to pick up meds. Receptionist and pharmacist told her that they couldn’t fill her prescription because they were closing in 30 minutes at 8pm. She told them she would wait. They let her sit and wait until 7:55pm and then told her that they were having issues with their system and couldn’t fill the prescription. My daughter called her dr back and attempted to let the pharmacist take a verbal over the phone due to their suspected system issues but the pharmacist refused, stating that she only had 10 minutes until closing time and she wouldn’t have time to fill it. Just unbelievable to me that a pharmacist would refuse to fill a prescription for antibiotics for someone truly needing them just because they were ready to close. Doesn’t matter what is going on, 30 minutes is enough time to fill a simple prescription. Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst pharmacy around Ellisville. I had a prescription sent over from Urgent Care to be filled at 7:15, got to Walgreens at 7:30 and they didn’t have it in their system yet and told me to come back tomorrow because they didn’t have time to fill it because they close at 8. I parked and went inside and told them I’d wait for my prescription to be sent over (which was sent over but not “received”) and she said okay. At 7:55 she calls me up to say she still hasn’t received the prescription and that even if I got the doctor to verbally consent to my medications, it wouldn’t be filled because it took at least 10 minutes to process and fill. Disappointed is an understatement and I will never be using this Walgreens again.
