I’ve been using this pharmacy for six months. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with Walgreens. Scripts missed. Scripts rarely ready and you have to go back. Or wait for 20+ minutes. The staff doesn’t understand customer service and have apathy when you express frustration with your experience.Use anyone but them. I’m switching.

Stayed a few minutes after closing filling my prescription that came in right before the closed so I wouldn't have to wait another day.

I would give this Walgreens negative stars if I could. Their staff moves at snail's pace and there is always a line to check out. And the pharmacy is worse. They're always behind - I've had to call numerous times to get a prescription filled and I'll go in and it still won't be ready. And that's AFTER I've waited at least 15 min in line. Walgreens corporate - if you are reading, upgrade your technology too, it's slow as well.

Management is terrible. The store is bare nothing stocked. Employees lack work ethic and customer service skills. All the good employees they had are gone. It's sad to see this place go downhill so fast.

Pill numbers are never correct, text days to fill a prescription, prescriptions overlooked, and never filled unless you follow up, automatic refills not refilled, you name it!

I was in this afternoon to get some sheaving cream. Angie Edris helped me so well at the front cash register. She deserves a reward of some type for great customer service.
