Management is terrible. The store is bare nothing stocked. Employees lack work ethic and customer service skills. All the good employees they had are gone. It's sad to see this place go downhill so fast.

My friend and I went to this location to purchase an emergency contraceptive. As we proceeded to check out, a man who seemed older with white hair and glasses made a nasty comment about our purchase. He made us feel stressed and uncomfortable in the situation. We were just minding our own business.

Lost my child's Covid test. We went through the drive-thru to get a COVID test. They were supposed to call or email within 24 hours. I heard nothing. So I called at 24 hours. I was put on hold for a long time and then told they could not find the test and that I should bring my child back in for another one. No thank you! If you were so unreliable and irresponsible with the first one, I certainly am not going to use you again.

Waited over 40 minutes for my covid vaccine despite having a scheduled appointment. The staff would just ignore the 2 of us in the waiting area.

Staff is always cheerful and happy to help. I feel like the bad reviews are not warranted. I've shopped here and used the pharmacy for 10+ years and the service is almost always excellent. There are days when they have more work than they can handle but that is not their fault. Love the drive through option too!

This Walgreens is the worst!!! The service is slow and horrible, to get a prescription is like watching grass grow. The parking lot is pot hole central. Every time I need a prescription the doctor calls it in and even if I wait a hour to go get it I'll still be in the drive through line no less than 20 minutes. The clinic is another disaster, first it's impossible to get into the "convenient" clinic and if you do it's like you're interrupting their day by coming in. Seriously my changing my preferred prescription place to CVS!

Every wall greens I've been to to get anything in the last 10 years has sucked. I'm really talking about the pharmacies. There can be one person standing at the counter in front of you and you can literally wait there for 15 minutes while they resolve their issue and there will be four people working behind the counter and not one of them acknowledges you.

Wow, I'm glad I didn't use the pharmacy. Reading other reviews, they seem to be lacking in customer service. However, I'll say the staff in the retail store, do know customer service. I was greeted immediately on my entering the store. As I shopped, another sales associate asked if I was finding what I needed. Then the cashier checking me out was friendly and asked me to return. Perhaps they need to have the retail staff train the pharmacy department on customer service. It's an older Walgreen's and the layout is different from the one close to my home, but it's clean and well organized. I'll be back? - It's an easy stop when I'm at my dentist. Made an appointment with Health Clinic for a TB test that would of taken 10 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes because someone walked from SSM walked in and was chatting and laughing with the nurse. They said that they were working on my paperwork...I had to leave because I have other appointments.
