The woman working today must have been having a bad day, because dang! What an impatient grouch. Thankfully the man working had a better temperament. I was quite surprised with this cantankerous woman, as the staff here has historically been awesome. I hope whatever is going on in her life gets resolved. To the rest of the crew, keep up the good work!

While this is my most convenient location, I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future. The employee working this morning was not only unhelpful in trying to track a package, she was dismissive and rude. While I am aware that there are limitations to what she could do, she condescendingly asked if I "understood" what she was saying. Insulting a customer's intelligence when they are asking for help and/or next steps is not the way to treat someone.

This is the terrific store and horrible ups experience so far. Manager was absolute rude and no idea she was talking. If i had a chance to give negative review i would go for it.Manager was fully intend to fight with customers and has no idea how to handle store. She was arguing that address in india is not as same as in usa. I tried to explain her indian address system is different from usaI would say “ never ever go to this store”Whoever owns this store must give her medical treatment, seems she has some anger and some health issues. She is such a mentally unstable personality

Our cashier, Shannon, was awesome. Despite being the only employee present, he pleasantly dealt with a long line of customers, UPS pickup drivers, and our non-trivial shipping request. All with a professional yet friendly attitude. He definitely deserves a raise!

Workers are nice enough but the policies, staffing, and overall store are very poor. $2.50 to print a UPS label at UPS, really. They have forgotten about the customer here.

Always grumpy men working here. Never helpful but always quick to point out what you , “the customer” is doing wrong. I’ll go out of my way to use another UPS Store from now on.

I brought in about 20 breakable items that needed to have wrapped and shipped. The items also had a high sentimental value. Mary, with UPS, was really kind and professional. She assured me that things would be well wrapped. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Mary did an excellent job. If l lived in the area I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this store. I was charged a silly fee for something I wasn't actually required to do as all my boxes were already sealed, they just wanted to charge something more. When I brought up the fact that the reason the main box wasn't tapped, was I wasn't going to retape in a box that THEY UPS delivered and was so poorly tapped and taken care of. She wanted to argue with me instead of helping me find a solution. Sad part is, that these guys are getting a one star review for something that was less than $5 and 5 minutes of customer service.
