I have had State Farm Insurance forever! My agent retired a few years ago. They were very good to me so when they transferred me to a new agent Tim Brown I was a little hesitant. I will say that from calls with questions, calls for an accident my daughter was in to calls to go over my coverages on both my homes and cars both Tim and his office have answered my questions and kept me up to date on my coverages! Andrew has helped me a number id times when I have purchased new cars. I cannot recommend Tim Brown’s office enough. With insurance I feel like it’s all about them being there when you really need them. They have been there with answers and help every time.
