Shoe fit is a 1000% times better experience because they scan your feet while walking to help with your foot health. They also let you try the shoes out by walking/running outside in the concrete sidewalk. Amazing shoe buying, running clothes purchasing experience. Can not recommend enough.”

“This place is a LIFE SAVER if you have a kid playing a sport!! PHEWWWWW thank goodness... Let me tell you this place is not the closest BUT its helpful and cheaper than DICKS or ACADEMY so dont count them out! They are off the parkway and the parking is open and easy to get in and out!!! The store itself is spacious and offers A LOT of supplies for your sport needs...I needed a pair of football pants for a BIG guy and no other store had the size I needed but THANKFULLY I found them here and at a fraction of the price I paid for a girdle in DICKS... wish I would have known about this place before I TORE OUT MOST OF MY HAIR lol When I called and asked the nice lady who answered the phone for help she was quick and efficient.. She let me know they had what I needed I told her I would be RIGHT THERE!!! and quess what?? She had them waiting for me and I didnt even ask her to do that!!! Hows that for customer service!!!! I adore a great customer service rep! and she will NEVER know how much I appreciated her for the help...SO I say all this to say ...if you need some sports gear...TRY HERE FIRST...this place just might save you some much needed spending money..especially durning Christmas time!!! “First time in this store even though it opened 18 months ago! How can that be? Anyway I am an REI member and have been for many years. Today I was here for one specific item, the YETI Rambler Tumbler Straw Lid - Medium. I could buy this a lot of places but I chose REI because I am a member and because I was going to the Whole Foods next door. I did a circle around the store just to see it and then found what I needed and got in line. The cashier was super friendly and got me to donate to whatever and gave me a sticker. Of course I'll be back!”

“I just had an amazing experience at this location. Recently I have been having issues with my back, knees, and feet. My doctor recommended to start buying wide shoes. I’ve never had a need to until now. As soon as I walked in an employee, Andrew, introduced himself and offered help if needed. I took him up on his offer and I’m glad I did! He was able to point out which shoes came in wide off the top of his head. He helped me choose a pair that fit well and also helped me try on two different kinds of insoles. My feet already feel better and I walked out of the store with my new shoes and insoles. Thank you, Andrew!”

“I like this store; stopped by a few times at West County Mall. I don't have any complaints. I only wish they sold more various sports teams items from other teams across the country/world. It's naturally heavily-focused on the Cardinals and Blues, as we're in STL. But so are the other stores in the mall! I think if they sold more items from other teams, that would make this store stick out from the crowd! Anyways, still a nice place to shop and I'm sure I'll be back.”
