I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. “This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”
“This is a great FedEx location and the people are very friendly. I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. That was a great experience!”
“helpful as i needed clear tape , they taped the delivery info for me and told me when pick up was, which was at 230 pm the next day ( i was there at 5 pm)wasn’t happy about that but this is not their faults,so fyi 230 pm pick up time”

“I know there are many UPS stores but the one on Clarkson Road is amazing the people are so friendly and fast and if you wanna have a quick conversation to open to having one too. They're very reliable and I enjoy going in there with practice all the time and then make sure I get a receipt every time. I recommend this UPS store to anybody in the area!”

“My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.”
“I had forgotten to print out a match card for the team today. The manager was super helpful printed it for me and said consider it a contribution to the team. He didn’t have to do that and was super nice about it. If you need anything printed or shipped pay it forward as they have!”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
“Nelson at Estes trucking is a great human. He delivered a lawn mower, which he thought was going to be delivered to a load dock and not a residence. He helped unload the truck with nothing but a pallet jack and even moved it into the garage for us. Great attitude, great customer service and a great guy!”
“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.
Couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you Mr.Hemphill !”
