I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. “I know there are many UPS stores but the one on Clarkson Road is amazing the people are so friendly and fast and if you wanna have a quick conversation to open to having one too. “The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”

“For 13 years, I have used the Town & Country Post Office actively, often asking to hold mail when on trips, without a single failure. In my experience throughout that time, the staff has been responsive, pleasant, and courteous. Only once in that time have I had the mail another address come here, and only once has a letter to me been sent to another address. So, I'm puzzled at serious negative experiences with this post office.”

“Came here because package had not arrived when it was expected to arrive. Had called the general USPS customer service line and didn’t quite get the answers I needed with their automated service. Came here and everything was taken care of for me!
No line when I arrived. Friendly staff who communicated clearly. Grateful for my helper who quickly listened to, then acted on my concerns. Professional, effective, respectful and personal too! She tracked down the package and brought it to me before it got out on the truck for delivery today. Now I have my long anticipated package!! Thank you!”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment.
