“I came in to downsize my unit as I was moving out most of it. Matt was very helpful. He had arrived earlier than the posted open hours and let me in to wait until he had completed his opening procedures. He completed the transaction quickly and explained everything. There were several interruptions with phone calls or other customers and he was courteous to and patient with everyone. I was all set but when I tried to move things in the next day I realized I needed a larger unit. He was there the next morning (early again) and cheerfully helped me get a larger unit.”

“Just cleared out my storage unit!! If you have to waste money on a storage unit, be sure to rent from A Storage Inn located in Ellisville, MO! Prices were lower than other chains and look nicer! The units are so clean and even tho mine was not in the climate controlled area I had absolutely no issues with dampness, mold, or mice!! Everything stayed nicely no matter what the outside weather was doing!! Tanner, the on-site manager, was absolutely terrific and so helpful! He calls back within minutes, and he assisted in opening the door on my unit daily when my back was causing me some trouble! He checks on the entire place on his golf cart and knows his clients! He was just so nice and accommodating! Even if this location is farther away for you, I would still rent there due to his management!! He is available every hour the office is open and again, so helpful! Good luck!!”

“The manager (Randolph) impressed me as being a trustworthy person who consistently follows through. He does a great job of explaining the policies to new tenants, and also is diligent in handling the inevitable minor problems caused by tenants who do things like leaving trash or not putting carts back where they belong.

Two key advantages of the "climate controlled" building: it's a relatively new building that is in very good condition; and the temp is maintained at about 65°F on the first floor, which is a great relief when loading on hot days. Other "climate controlled" storage units maintain a temp of about 80°F (or higher).

Access to this facility is good during off-peak times/days, but it's located near one of the busiest intersections in the area (I-44 & 141). During the day (especially during rush hour) traffic is often backed up on 141, and there is a LOT of heavy truck traffic going to/from nearby industrial facilities on Elam Ave. The traffic signal to turn from 141 onto Elam Ave. is green long enough for only about four of these big trucks to make the turn.

Once you're in the parking lot, there's only one entrance door to the climate controlled building, at the far end of a long, narrow dead-end parking lot (i.e.: not possible to pull through).”
