Usually alright but you can't buy anything without a price tag if a manager isn't on duty. Seems like something the employees should be able to fix, not just a manager. Waste of time.

Honestly, it's a nice resale market, but the prices are too high for some things. Used towels, sheets, and curtains, I feel could be more affordable.

The point of thrift stores is thrift, great selection, prices are as wonky as goodwill though. Itβs ok..

This store used to be amazing! I've left numerous reviews for other thrift stores telling them that they should look at this store to see what a thrift store SHOULD be.
After my visit on Monday, I've changed my mind.
Over the last year or two I have seen changes here that closely resembled what Goodwill is doing to ruin their stores for consumers and to maximize profit for the handful at the top that really benefit. It saddens me that one can no longer buy decent things for reasonable prices at this store.
The hard goods were a step above my local Goodwill. Instead of broken Dollar Tree items for $4.99, I found mostly Hobby Lobby type items for roughly half of sticker price. Anyone who shops that store knows the same items can be had for 50-90% off yah price, brand new. No one pays more than 60% with a coupon.
The baggies, normally my favorite section, were lotted together weirdly (a bar of soap, a kids toy and blank address labels...whaaa?) And many had multiple breakable items together. What happens when two breakable figurines are in a plastic bag together, knocking into each other? They break.
The shoes were priced ridiculously high. Shoes that looked (and smelled) like they were trashcan worthy were $7 or $8 but anything that still had life was $10+.
And ladies clothes? I was floored by a $31 cardigan by a maker I'd never heard of. The lowest price I saw was $5.99 and most of those were close to the end of their useful life - pilled, faded, missing buttons or seams coming undone. Anything usable was $7.99+. The same items new are $10.99+ at Ross, Marshalls or TJ Maxx. There were about 4 pieces I considered, but ultimately I chose to save the $40 and go to Ross for 3 brand new items instead.
I spent 45 minutes in the store and walked out empty-handed. Likely for the last time.
Savers, I used to love you, but you've caught the Goodwill greed bug. Your cost of goods is $0, so keeping the prices more reasonable would increase your volume of sales and keep your customers happy. You are losing sales. I am proof.

Don't like that the company is for profit when they receive everything for free and then overcharge for broken items they won't let you return/exchange

Prices on some things are too expensive. USED and you can tell used tops for $11??? Rusted baking pans $5???? We asked the guy at self checkout if they checked the electronics if they worked when they were brought in and he said no that's what the power strip is for you guys can do that. well the big roku TV didn't work but was for sale for $25???? For a broken TV that didn't turn on??? Ill stick with Goodwill. Also not sure who organizes the clothes but they suck they obviously cannot read

It is great to take with the whole family, everyone will find something interesting to buy at a good price. If you register you can get points on your purchase and if you bring things to donate you will get a coupon for a 20% discount on purchases of up to $100dlls.

Manager on duty at 6:30 July 25 should be fired. So rude and unprofessional.
