terrible person. about 3 years ago we went to buy a gerbil as a pet for my brother. and employee advised us to purchase 2 which will help lengthen its life, and keep them happy and healthy. fast forward to 1 week ago where we found one gerbil being EATEN ALIVE BY THE OTHER GERBIL!!! ITS BRAIN WAS SHOWING AND THE POOR THING HAD TO LIVE THROUGH IT. We looked up this phenomenon and apparently it’s “normal” gerbil behavior that if one gerbil senses the other is to die soon, they eat it. The employee as we were purchasing them three years back saw my 6 year old brother and didn’t think to advise us that we would all have to see such gruesome, gory, evil, disgusting, and cruel things. however even though we will not buy a gerbil ever again from any place we have shopped at petco and have had good experiences but because of the haunting images we had to see that’s why i rated you a 3.

The best Petco I ever been to. All the tanks fish, reptile and small pet cage cleaned every time I went there. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

There was an additional charge made to my credit card for $19.99 for a gift card. It looks like the cashier gave herself a present on my behalf. I called corporate and was reimbursed. She was a heavy set younger cashier with glasses.

Disappointed, I came in to take advantage of the sale and my "Vital" point dollars. My lack of internet proficiency had me leaving the pet shop paying full price, no sale, no discount, no VItal point dollars, which I earned. Older people like me could use help, but holding up the line of people wasn't the answer, frustrating for me and the line behind me.

Groomers don’t follow simple instructions. I have been growing my dogs beard out for the past year & they cut it off after I told them NOT to cut it ?. NEVER going back‼️

Employees welcomed me and answered all the questions I had about my dogs. They also gave me good advice about flea and tick medication. I will definitely go back to this location.

The person helping me with my return was very nice and thorough. My only frustration was but being able to return one bag of food that was delivered in Dec. I was past the return time.
