We are so lucky to have O'Reilly Auto Parts in our town. I had some lights come on my dashboard after driving through huge puddles and flooding roads to get home the other day. My local store in Ellisville helped me out by running a test for the check engine light- for free. The gentleman looked up the codes, explained what they were related to, and then gave me the information to share with my mechanic. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Very disappointed with attitude. Have gone to this store for decades, got attitude for dropping off dirty used motor oil. What a revelation, used motor oil is dirty. Went down the street.

I went in for washer fluid and I asked the two young men if they could help me with a broken sprayer for the fluid. He looked up my car and found what I needed and he even installed it for me. Very customer service oriented.

Easy to find parts. I needed some new headlight bulbs and the worker was very kind and changed them for me and taught me how to do it for next time. Awesome service

I went to the high Ridge, Missouri store to purchase wiper blades. Lewis waited on me & was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose wiper blades. He then offered to install them for me. I didn’t have to ask for his help, which I thought was above and beyond good service. Thank you, Lewis for the phenomenal service!
