MasterTech Auto Service did an amazing job with our vehicle. They had wonderful service, prompt phone calls to update regarding the status of our vehicle, and quickly fixed our car within the availability of the parts required. Upon needing the problem looked into further after picking up our vehicle, they responded quickly again, diagnosed the problem and fixed the new issue again within the time frame of availability of the parts. They gave options and never forced a sale. I felt they were honest and caring. They went out of their way to make sure our vehicle was safe to drive and gave us a list of few things we could do later if we wanted to fix those minor things just so we knew they were there. I would definitely recommend using MasterTech Auto for any of your auto needs from inspections to repairs.

I really needed to get my car in within the day for an emission inspection and they got me right in. The front desk people were super nice, funny and welcoming. It's like i'm talking to my friends rather than strangers. I needed to have it done less than 30mins so I could get back to work ASAP, and they got it done within 15 mins. One of the front desk guys offered me a piece of fried chicken tenders when he knows that I was hungry?. So yes I left the shop with satisfaction and a piece of fried chicken tenders!! Will be back!!
