“So I literally just stopped in today to try one of their salads. I got the summer salad that had feta cheese, strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts. It’s probably the best salad I’ve ever had. The walnuts and strawberries taste better for some reason and the balsamic salad dressing you just want to drink. I really was expecting micro greens to taste like bean sprouts or a a mixed bag of fancy lettuce that has those sour leaves. So wrong I was. The micro greensI had were so mild with almost a mild buttery taste which I admit is a weird description. All I know is they don’t taste like grocery store lettuce. I may never go back to grocery store lettuce again.”
