A transaction on my card got incorrectly pegged as fraud and was deactivated. I called to get this taken care of. I was told they could not reactivate my card because their system was up for maintenance (their system is always up for maintenance it seems like). The day I called I had an auto loan payment due. I also had an order placed at a farm for pickup. That transaction was declined. I called Great Southern to see if I could close out my account so I could at least have my money in my pocket so as not to be late on payments and have food for the week. They said this wouldn’t be possible until Monday. I find this unacceptable and would recommend finding a bank that is on top of their game. I certainly will be.

This by far has been the best bank I have ever banked with! Kristen always has a beautiful smile on her face, and that is what makes me choose to come into the bank instead of doing the online stuff! So thank you Kristen, I sure appreciate you!
