Usually this location has been pretty solid in their service. HOWEVER, although this locations own website says a 6pm express pick up, when I arrived 15 min before then with two pre-paid boxes to go out, the person on duty stated that he closed everything out, 45 min prior to that and refused to try to get the package to be able to ship out, even though I showed him the website. He just shrugged and said it (THEIR website) was wrong.They need to get their website corrected or honor what it states.I’ll probably just start giving my large amount of business to the FedEx location down the street and pass this one up.

Someone said they weren't sure why the reviews were bad. Well i can right now. Starting with the customer service. There are 2 people working & only 1 customer. One of the male employees knew nothing about what i was attempting to do ( print and fax) so i was brushed off and left to do it myself after i called customer service for help. He blamed my card for not working aft i said what the issue was several times. After calling customer service the wait was longer but the issue was fixed in no longer than 5 minutes. During the process nobody checked to see if I needed help. Good thing I didn't AFTER I called customer service from inside the store. July 18 2023

Not sure why there are such bad reviews on this place because I've had only good experiences here!! The employees are very very nice and helpful and every time I'm there it takes me 3 minutes or less to drop off a package. Just had to balance out the horrible reviews

This is a lousy FedEx location!!I regularly use FedEx for printing, binding and shipping needs. I've never had a bad experience before coming here...and I made the mistake twice.Incredibly slow! Messed up binding on a book I purchased and brought in to be spiral bound.Next time I'll drive a minute or two more and go back to the Ballwin location. Worth the drive.

I don’t really know where to start about saying what a pleasant surprise this place was. I walked in with a couple complicated things that I had to make copies of in order to send to multiple places and make a PDF of certain things as well. Tania helped me at the front desk at first and then Gwenn walked by a couple different times my entire experience here I felt like an old friend that I just walked in to meet friends and make copies of items. They were smiling the whole time answering all my questions and even helping package everything correctly. It’s rare this day and age to find employees that seem to truly enjoy their work and these people obviously do. Not just myself but every customer that walked in and was greeted in a warm and fun manner and truly I just felt like an old friend as soon as I walked in. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location deserves a raise!

The guy working the counter, Bert, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried to up charge me by telling me I needed to buy a $10 box. I asked if they had flat rate boxes and he said no. Then I looked around and there they were. He said, well go ahead and use it but your stuff will bounce around and break. My stuff was not breakable but I asked him if he had paper stuffing I could use. He was not very willing but he gave me some. He was very snippety and curt. It was 6:05 and He told me last pick up was 6. The driver was there and said he could take my box. Bert quickly told him no, said last pickup is 6!! However, when I dial the store's number, the recording says last pickup is 7. He ruined my night.....so extremely rude I can't even believe it. Go to FedEx next to McCallister's instead of this one.

I went to this location for the first time today. I walked in with a package with the label already on and the attendant asked if I needed a receipt. I said yes. She said she was busy and it would be about fifteen minutes. The other customer said to go ahead and help me and the attendant said she wasn’t able to stop and give me a receipt. It would have taken her less than a minute but she made me wait while she helped the other customer and when she was finally finished she acted like she was doing me a favor. No thanks you or acknowledging that I was a paying customer. Reading the other reviews I am amazed that this place is still in business.
