The last 2 times I have gone to the Ellisville location to drop off something, there has been a sign on the door saying they are at “lunch” and the store is locked, even though it is during opening hours

Absolute horrible service, watched one of the drivers throwing packages into the back of his truck, and then they tossed mine down even though it had fragile all over it, when it was finally delivered just 2 states away, it looked like they threw it off a roof or dropped it out of a vehicle on the highway, I'll be informing every business and person I can of this and to never use fedex, rather UPS.

I needed to contact someone about something specific and the number always sends me to the national customer service number. UPS actually sends me to the store employees.

I’ve printed the same document every month for the past 3 years at this location. Usually it’s a simple and easy experience. Reyna, the only person working at this time, was upset when I needed the document reprinted because there were many words cut off. I was told that it was my documents fault and that there’s nothing they can do without charging me to reprint. Once again, I’ve done those same document dozens of times without an issue. After rude comments and a few exchanges back and forth, Reyna finally agreed to reprint at “no charge” and correct the error that was made. Took 30 seconds to fix. Was a bit surprised at the way I was treated and blame was placed on me.

I typically try to avoid using FedEx, having had previous poor experiences, but I had to make a return, having received the wrong item, so I decided to roll the dice. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. Although I had the shipping label and item, they tried to make me purchase a box to ship my return, a shoe box for which the shipping bag had been destroyed. Condescendingly, I was told that they obviously couldn't use the shoe box alone because the top would come right off. They were unwilling to provide a bag or anything and thought it was perfectly reasonable for me, instead, to drive back home, get a bag or box, then come back. What would it have really cost them to have offered me a bag for shipping? Nothing. Not being willing to provide good customer service, well, that cost a 1-star review.

I was there on February 14, 2025 and I received very very good customer service. I needed help to ship an affidavit and court documents. I arrived about 11:00AM and was done by 11:10 AM. Thank you so much!

Usually this location has been pretty solid in their service. HOWEVER, although this locations own website says a 6pm express pick up, when I arrived 15 min before then with two pre-paid boxes to go out, the person on duty stated that he closed everything out, 45 min prior to that and refused to try to get the package to be able to ship out, even though I showed him the website. He just shrugged and said it (THEIR website) was wrong.They need to get their website corrected or honor what it states.I’ll probably just start giving my large amount of business to the FedEx location down the street and pass this one up.

Someone said they weren't sure why the reviews were bad. Well i can right now. Starting with the customer service. There are 2 people working & only 1 customer. One of the male employees knew nothing about what i was attempting to do ( print and fax) so i was brushed off and left to do it myself after i called customer service for help. He blamed my card for not working aft i said what the issue was several times. After calling customer service the wait was longer but the issue was fixed in no longer than 5 minutes. During the process nobody checked to see if I needed help. Good thing I didn't AFTER I called customer service from inside the store. July 18 2023
