I had a nail puncture in my rear tire. It was 5 minutes before closing. Instead of topping off my air and sending me on my way the staff stayed over to fix it. Incredible customer service!! Thank you James for taking care of me after a long day!!! It’s very rare to get that kind of help and kindness!!?

Normally the service is great. This time I took my car in for an oil change, emissions, and inspection. I specifically requested the emission, inspection documentations be put in my granddaughters name as we are giving her the car and she needed them for the DMV.
when I went to pick up the car the documents were in my name. I requested the change the name. They tried to tell it wasn’t an issue and the DVM would accept them. I said no change the name. I had to leave the car overnight because they had to redo the inspection, emission in the morning. So ridiculous and a huge inconvenience for a long time customer.
