Unfortunately I have to say the customer service of the Collision Center is pretty terrible. When I took my vehicle in for an estimate the individual who provided my estimate was very unwelcoming and made me feel like I was a total bother. His attitude should have been my warning. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment for two weeks later on a Monday. I dropped it off on Sunday night and never received any form of communication stating they received my vehicle. I also never received a status update for the entire first week. So I called Thursday end of day (week 1) to confirm they received my vehicle and that it was in process. They confirmed the vehicle was received and being worked on. I asked for a target date for work to be completed and they said sometime next week. No solid day or deadline. It is now Thursday mid-day two weeks later and no word. So I call again and they say they hope to have it done by tomorrow (Friday) end of day. I have little hope. Communication is awful! What is the point of an appointment if all it does is put you in some line of 20-30 cars. The truck has sat on the lot for 11 days. Of course it hasn't been worked on for 11 days. The lack of communication is unacceptable and scheduling seems to be mismanaged. I may have to find a new dealership for service as well because I am not sure about the way this location does business now.

We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Ted Gann our salesman. This is our second purchase from them. Ted is a friendly, no pressure type guy. He made the purchase easy and has been available since then to answer a number of questions regarding the vehicle. We would highly recommend David Taylor Ellisville for your next vehicle purchase. Ask for Ted and he’ll take care of you!

I visited David Taylor Ellisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep intending to purchase a Jeep but ended up leaving with a Bentley. My sales representative, John Gough, made the entire experience a pleasure. He was exceptionally friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Importantly, he wasn't pushy in the slightest. Highly recommend his service and the dealership too.

I ordered and received exactly what I asked for. My only concern was the time it took for delivery but when the manufacturer goes on strike I don't think I can hold the dealer reasonable. Regardless once the vehicle was delivered to the dealership John Gough had it in my driveway that day.

Today I took my car to David Taylor Ellisville Jeep for an oil change. My family has been doing business with them for over 20 years. I have taken my car no other place for service. But today I had an extremely disappointing experience. After my oil change, the service technician came to me and told me I needed new tires within the next six months, he showed me a computerized picture of the tread that was worn and that I would need new tires within the next six months. He also told me that I needed new front brakes. I told him the tires were relatively new and I questioned the need for new tires. When I looked on my calendar I saw that I purchased them at David Taylor less than a year and a half ago. Which means there was less than 15,000 miles on the tires! When I told him, I had purchased the tires a year and a half ago from them. All of a sudden the story changed. The machine the test in my tires was broken? And I didn't need tires after all. I feel so it was extremely dishonest beyond belief! Please be aware when you go there question everything they tell you. Now I'm questioning if I even need new brakes also. All I can say, is, I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I will never return to the dealership.

Might be the worst customer service I have ever seen in regards to their service department. Anytime I take my car in for even just an oil change it is somehow there for almost a week. Now regards to getting something fixed that is broken is almost impossible to do. I have taken my car their for the 3rd time now for the same problem they continue to say is fixed which clearly is not. I'm not sure if it's because of over booking which is on their part or if they just have lazy staff. Very unpleased and do not recommend getting a service there. I will now be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to a different dodge dealer. Let me also add that they charged me $800 to clean my break assembly which they stated was the problem. That problem has not been fixed and is now 10x worse than it was when I originally took it in. Absolutely unbelievable! Please don't waste your money there and go to a different Dodge dealer. David Taylor has ruined what used to be Royal Gate and it's very disappointing that they seem to not care whatsoever.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. After having my vehicle broken into downtown, I wanted to take my vehicle into the dealership to get repaired. I figured they could get the parts easier and have the right equipment for the job. I don't think I could have made a worse choice if I tried! I left in tears after being accused of asking them the defraud my insurance company. I'm pretty sure the guy was the manager of the collision department that accused me of this too. It's bad enough to be victimized two of the last three times after going downtown, but to then be victimized by the place I took my vehicle to get repaired is ridiculous! Truth be told what the guy at the dealership did by accusing me of wanting him to defraud the insurance company is far worse than the thieves who broke into my car. The thieves damaged my vehicle, but the guy at the dealership hurt me personally. I have been going to that location for vehicles, parts, and things since 1992. That dealership will not get anymore of my hard earned money to put in that jerks pocket. I know there are still some good people there in parts and service. Also, that person might just have been having a bad day, but what he did was inexcusable and unacceptable! I would highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere! Thankfully my insurance agent was very understanding that I didn't want mine or the insurance companies money to go to that company. They were able to transfer my claim to a different company. I can't say if the other company does better work, but I did not leave there in tears feeling like a criminal!

It was not a good experience. The floor management plays games trying to make a deal. Vehicle was half detail with chemicals over spay everywhere. Recalls on the Vehicle were not taken care of. Was told service was booked will have to make a appointment. Beware there are no perks at this dealership.

This dealership was rude and tried to play games when I attempted to buy a car from them. They refused my offer that was within $200 of their advertised price, so I moved on and made it clear that I was doing so. The next day they reached back to me and acted as if the previous interaction never happened. I understand why their Yelp ratings are so low, customer service is of no concern to them. Avoid being insulted and shop elsewhere.

Fantastic Experience! Matt Allin was absolutely awesome. Super patient taking me around the lot looking at and discussing what I was looking for. I have never had a more efficient car buying experience. The longest part was me finding and deciding which Jeep I wanted. The rest was super easy. 5/5 definitely recommend.

First off, ask for Kelly Pierson, she's very nice and knows her stuff. I first went to David Taylor because they actually know how to work on the Hellcat platform, unlike other dealers in the area. I would not trust our Trackhawk to another dealer in the area. The care I've had post first purchase convinced me to come back and buy a second Jeep from them.

I took my car for an oil change they offered to rotate my tires, no charge. After I was given my paperwork the the man in charge on that day named Ledbetter told me I have 4 different lug nuts on my wheels. He said it would be best to get all new one at $15 each. 20 x $15 is $300 for lug nuts. Brian also told me I need a new axle and axle boot. $287 parts plus $287 labor. When I went to the dealership nothing was wrong with my car. A short time after I left there was more and more noise. Every single lug nut was loose on my car. I called to talk to the manager of the dealership however the woman who answered told me he was in a meeting. I asked if she would have him call me back. She told me if I would tell her exactly why I wanted to speak to him she would give him my number. While the lug nuts were still loose I drove to the airport with my 5 year old granddaughter. I dI'd not want to leave a star ating but this would not post without 1 star. My question is does Mr. Ledbetter get a commission when he lies or does he or the mechanic just put my money in their pocket. Mr. Ledbetter says he was just passing on what his mechanic had told him. Does this dealership look for widows to rip off or everyone?
