Our first attempt while not successful and feeling defeated after having to spend $150 on Uber to get to the dealership and back, still left me hopeful for a successful transaction in the future. And John did not disappoint. I don’t think I have had a car buying experience go so smoothly. Especially being self employed. After losing my jeep patriot in a hit and run accident, I was desperate to stay in the jeep family. Ellisville is a little bit of a drive but I would do it every day of the week again if I have to, to experience the level of care I felt!

3rd car I bought from Ted at dealership. Only Chrysler dealership I would ever return to! Ted is the most honest, caring salesperson (except for me, lol). This is my 3rd and final 300! I will be back for something new and send him new customers whenever possible.

I've been bringing my Ram 1500 for over 10 years (before change of ownership) and now my new Promaster so I've seen and experienced good and bad service at this location. But this is the very first time I can say I've received EXCELLENT service, especially from my Service Tech, Mike G. His attention to details and explanations if issues and recommendations is outstanding. I haven't said this about a Car Dealer Service Tech before, but I trust Mike's opinion, which is rare for me. One of the reasons I had my Promaster in was on my last servicing a Maintenance Tech backed a Jeep into my Rear Bumper. Honestly, I could barely see the damage, but Mike brought this up to my attention and repaired the damage at no cost. I was thinking about changing Ram dealers for future servicing because the damage, but I decided not too because of the Customer Service Support I received from Mike G. Thanks

I just want to say how much I appreciate how hard Scott worked to get me in a Jeep. He accommodated every request I had. Although I ended up going with a different vehicle in the end, I would highly recommend asking for Scott if you are interested in purchasing a Jeep. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

While I wasn’t happy to spend thousands on an engine repair for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mike G, the service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would go back just to deal with him!
