I have been with State Farm for 29 years I probably should find cheaper rates since State Farm does not have comprehension any longer to pay for windshields.

Where to begin! 3 weeks ago my son was hit by a driver insured by this guy. We called him and he was extremely rude. We then called our insurance and were told to deal with State Farm. That is what we did. Now, 3 weeks later, we are still waiting in limbo. Initially we were told the car would be repaired. Now we are told it is a total loss! 9 days ago they were overnighting a package so we could send the title and get reimbursed. The amount they offered for the car was extremely low. They claim they have 3 cars (located by a 3rd party) that are of equal value but those cars were not available! State Farm's insured has had a dwi and now 2 tickets for inattentive driving!! YES, he was texting or sleeping at the wheel when he hit my son head on! Now we are being harassed to return the rental and have not been reimbursed for the car yet!!! Do yourself a favor, don't buy insurance from this guy or anyone else thru State Farm!!! They are CRAP!
