I would not use this pharmacy on Manchester and Big Bend. We have had to deal with the male pharmacist at this site questioning several times the routine prescriptions/treatment of our primary care provider to the point that we have transferred prescriptions to another pharmacy-CVS pharmacy in Ellisville is great. Unfortunately following surgery and needing pain medications we used this pharmacy due to close proximity to home. Again, this pharmacist questioned the Rx delaying the filling of the medication. He was also rude to our doctor. He is a pharmacist not a medical doctor

CVS Hillsville is a waste of time and money. Even if there's a 35% discount you can but cheaper at wal mart. Incompetence, and if you need a life saving medication call the undertaker he'll be more efficient

Can’t speak with a person in the pharmacy when calling for help. Have to leave a message. Have mentioned multiple times that I need a specific name-brand medication (not the generic) yet this pharmacy somehow manages to fill the generic for me regularly. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I waited in the drive-thru line for well over 15 minutes to pick up a prescription just to be told when I got to the window that they were closing for lunch and I would have to come back in an hour. This is utterly ridiculous. They should have put cones out ahead of time instead of turning away a customer at the window who'd been waiting for so long.

Drove 25 minutes at 4am to get medicine for my sick daughter only to find out that they were closed. There are still other signs up saying they are 24 hours.

Disappointed with this minute clinic. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, so the nurse instructed me that I needed to reschedule, because she was going to lunch. Not a great way to treat your customers.

I love the store and the front of the store associates but their pharmacy is a hot mess and the pharmacy manager is argumentative and rude. I had an issue on the phone with one of her associates and expressed my frustration to the associate checking me out later that day, who mind you agreed with me about the associate being unhelpful and rude, “it’s just her personality”, and she asked to share the feedback with the manager who then came over and became completely argumentative telling me she’s never had a complaint on her before, etc.I know the customer isn’t always right, but when you’re messing with kids medicine and it’s a controlled substance that he needs, you have to be a little more helpful in trying to find options, since you all can never seem to keep it in stock and we fill it every month there.Tonight I was there to pick up a prescription for myself and went thru the drive thru and sat there for 8 minutes before anyone finally said they’d be with me in a moment. The person who shared that was the store manager who was closing a drawer and realized no one back there even acknowledged me. Everyone’s short handed. I can be patient but at least acknowledge someone so they know you’ll be with them.If I didn’t have to go through CVS for my scripts, I’d be out because this place is a joke and no one cares to do anything to fix it.

This pharmacy has shorted my prescriptions twice. The medicine comes in a blister packs so it's easy to count them out. They claim the boxes aren't opened at the time of filling them and that it's a problem with the manufacturer. The pharmacy manager is incredibly unprofessional and her solutions weren't helpful solutions at all.

There should never be a time the pharmacy isn't open if they close. I'm sure they have 2 pharmacists in there at all times.

I was looking for a special item so I called the Ellisville store that the website said had it and Jordan answered the phone. Jordan found it and held it for me at the front desk until I arrived. I had over an hour drive to this location and he assured me it would be there and it was! Jordan then helped me with several other items while I was there and was extremely pleasant to work with and provided exceptional customer service. This young man went above and beyond. Thank you Jordan!!
