Writing this reviewed for my mother as she used the services of this business recently. She is in her upper sixties, and now has bad arthritis in both of her hands. She is very neat, but can no longer clean her own car.
She took it here for a deep clean inside & out. She was quoted the price of $350, which is already expensive in my opinion. She went along with it anyway, because she wanted to spoil herself.
After dropping the car off, she immediately got a call from jack saying she needed to add another $75 to fully clean the interior and $150 for the exterior. Mind you, this car is already very tidy. Now she is being told she has to add an additional $225 to the already expensive $350. This brings the total of $575 for a full car detail. Nearly $600.
This amount is flat out egregious. She came in and picked the car up and paid the $250 for the work that had already been done. It is extremely upsetting to here about a business trying to aggressively up sale your mother on an already ridiculous price. Would not recommend this business.

I had Jack detail and ceramic coat on my Audi and he knocked it out of the park! His attention to detail is unmatched and my car came out looking amazing and now I feel comfortable knowing it’s safe and protected. I recommend Custom Detail 10/10!!

Custom Detail did exceptional work on my Yukon XL, they far surpassed my expectations. I've never seen my truck this clean. It was cleaner than when I purchased it! Additionally, I love how they offer pick up and drop off for an additional fee, so convenient when you have little ones with you all day. I will continue to use them for all my detailing needs and would highly recommend their service! Excellent work y'all!

A few weeks back my car was the target of spray paint related vandalism. Was able to get in the morning after it happened and spray paint was removed immediately. Full detail that weekend and she looked as if it had never happened. Kudos! Highly Recommend.Service: Auto detailing
