“Plus a few more stars. I have been a customer for decades and they have been great! The only complaints I had in the past would be I could never seem to get approved for a mortgage despite an excellent credit rating and I had issues when they changed the payment system but overall everyone is always helpful. I always recommend them.”

“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”
