“I always liked this car wash as it's brushless and doesn't scratch your car. Today I was really impressed by one of the supervisors named Caleb. After my car went through the wash he looked at it and noticed my hood wasn't as clean as it should be. Hecame in to explain to me that they were going to run it back through and apologized for the delay. Then he personally washed and dried my car for me. With that attitude Caleb has a bright future ahead of him.”

“I rarely have an opportunity to shop at a CVS. Simply because, there isn't one near my home or work. So, I have become a Walgreen's man. I even have stock in Walgreen's. However, I am here to say, this CVS impressed me. I enjoyed the lay-out of the store. Not all the aisles were going the same vertical or horizontal direction, some were off to an angle. It actually made browsing an adventure. The staff working the floor were helpful. One gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed assistance and I told him I was good. As, I browsed more, I probably had that lost look on my face and he asked again if I needed assistance. I told him, like I tell so many other retail associates, I can do more damage shopping alone. He assured me if I needed help, to let him know. I had browsed enough and couldn't find the last item I needed. So I broke down and asked him for assistance. Instead of telling which aisle it was in, he took the time to walk me over to the area I needed. I told him, he could of just told me the aisle. He responded, that's not how we do things here. Wow! Now that is some good customer service. Checking out, I had a very personable "older lady". (I only called her out as "older", due to a previous reviewer saying she was rude) She knew the lady ahead of me as a regular and asked how she was doing after a illness. Nice touch in customer service. As she rang me out, she made small talk and had me on my way. Chances of returning? - When I'm in the area, yes. “I was looking for a special item so I called the Ellisville store that the website said had it and Jordan answered the phone. Jordan found it and held it for me at the front desk until I arrived. I had over an hour drive to this location and he assured me it would be there and it was! Jordan then helped me with several other items while I was there and was extremely pleasant to work with and provided exceptional customer service. This young man went above and beyond. Thank you Jordan!!”

Yes, this is a full service pharmacy and it's in good condition. “Staff is always cheerful and happy to help. I feel like the bad reviews are not warranted. I've shopped here and used the pharmacy for 10+ years and the service is almost always excellent. There are days when they have more work than they can handle but that is not their fault. Love the drive through option too!”

“Brandon the Pharmacist went above & beyond normal customer care to help me get my husband’s RX secured when we were stranded in St. Louis for an extra week for cancer treatment. He was a huge blessing in our dim world at the moment. I am glad angels really do exist in human form! Thanks again Brandon! Doctors are not always as available as they should be but a pharmacist willing to make the calls necessary to reach them is a rare find! You are a rock star Brandon!”

“I was in Ellisville and noticed my gas tank was in need of a fill-up. There was no way I'd make it back home in IL with the amount of gas in my tank. Typically I like to buy my gas in my home state to so my gas taxes go to repairing my roads and bridges. This was a typical Quik Trip, where you are your own gas jockey. The area around the pumps was clean and well maintained. The pump itself was easy to operate and it even asked you if you wanted a receipt as if you were inside. It even thanked me for shopping and told me to have a nice day. If I am in Ellisville and need gas, I definitely will return to this QT.”
