The female who works the counter is great, so nice every time I’ve had to deal with her!That’s all the nice things I can say about this branch…. The branch manager is just really unpleasant to deal with. He is the poster child for “we already have your business, I don’t care”.I’ve been told they can’t give more than $2k in cash because they “need to keep cash on hand for other customers”…. It’s insane that a BANK requires a three day “order” to get cash for a customer….Recently I’ve had a very large issue with a large amount of money being fraudulently taken out of my commerce account and came to this branch and they were absolutely zero help, I was told “you may want to get a lawyer to help. There’s nothing we can do.” And then have the audacity to act like your the problem when you question where the money went and why they can’t fix the issue. But then when I make smaller transactions or heaven forbid- I write a check they want to flag it as possible fraud and require me to verify. Why do they all of the sudden care about my money?If commerce bank wasn’t so convenient to where I live, I would absolutely change banks because of this branch alone.They just don’t care.And I’m not reaching out to some corporate email or phone number to “tell you more”.

Absolutely terrible. They don’t care about your money they don’t care to pick up the phone they don’t care about your credit score. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I am extremely impressed with the manager and personal banker at this branch. I had a very serious situation, and they were attentive and immediately ready to resolve my issue. I have never experienced a bank with such a personal touch. The manager knows his customers by name!!! This branch was recommended to me. Thank goodness because I was in dire need of correcting a mess. They were kind and more than efficient. Thank you, Commerce Bank in Truman Rd.

It's really frustrating that you're not open on Saturdays and it says you're open and I've gone several times and you're closed and I contacted customer service and they say you're open.

This location has always been helpful to me and my family, and today they absolutely went above for me. Even during Covid times they were more than happy to help me and Nick S. Was even kind enough to stay 40 minutes after close to make sure I understood the changes to my account and how it all worked. I've been using them since I've had an account and never had an issue they couldn't help me resolve.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They had the wrong signature on my dad's trust account (asked me if I was "Mr. Harvey." I wasn't.) Then, when I closed out one of the accounts, they charged me an $11 fee. I went in to the bank to clear it up and they had no record of the transaction in their computer. I was ready to throw down $20 just to be done with them. THE . . .WORST. . . BANK . . .EVER.
