I bought 2 pairs of upscale tennis shoes with tags online. When I arrived, I was allowed to try thrn on before leaving and was offered a refund if they did not.
I didn't have time to browse but they had quite a collection!!

Tracy & Michalla make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door...they always remember my name. They pay a fair price for items they buy from you and the resale prices on good quality items in the store are also a great deal. If you like designer clothing and accessories but don't like to pay full price, try this store. It's nothing like the Goodwill or Salvation Army stores most people think of when they hear "resale"

I really like the new location. It is easy to look through the racks without feeling overwhelmed and the staff is very friendly. The clothes are reasonably priced and there is an excellent selection of brands and sizes. I like to shop second hand as a way to reduce my impact on the environment while staying stylish and saving money! I will definitely be shopping here more often!!

I have been shopping at consignment stores for years and love a good find at reasonable prices. I wasn't looking for anything in particular this time. The store here is very clean and has a good selection. However it's very pricey. Some of the "designer" tagged brands cost less at large department stores during their sales. It's a far drive for me, and there are just too many other amazing upscale consignment stores.

Don't believe the quoted wait times when selling clothes. I was told I was first in line and it would be 10 minutes, then 20 more minutes, then that they would text when finished with my basket. Ultimately I waited close to 3 hours and the team was really dismissive when I said I would have appreciated knowing what the real wait would be upfront. Really wish I hadn't wasted an afternoon here.

just to be clear, this review is in reference to the selling portion of the store. I have tried to sell clothes here multiple times, and I have had no luck. I have brought in clothes that are brand new with tags, namebrand clothes, clothes for all shapes all ages and sizes. I was told that, they did not take Junior brands however, there were Junior brands all throughout the store, and half of my clothes were purchased while I was an adult. Just beware that if you are trying to sell your clothes, you are likely not going to have any luck at the store unless they are some sort of name brand. I thought that they would be willing to take a little bit more just to help out people that are in need of buying clothes at a lower price, but I had no such luck.

The new store is amazing! So much room and the clothes are organized beautifully. There is room to expand as needed. They have a wide variety of gently used well named designer clothes at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend visiting this store as you won't be disappointed.
