I have purchased two different Breitling watches from Jessica, the first almost ten years ago. Today she assisted me on some repairs and refresh. I highly recommend Jessica and Clarksons Jewelers. Jessica updated me throughout the entire process making it smooth and seamless.

Easily one of the more memorable experiences I have had with a jeweler. From the moment I walked in they took a genuine interest in who I was and my interests. Todd and his team are remarkable. He walked me through some watches and I walked out with the perfect timepiece for me. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for jewelry or a luxury watch. They even sent me home with some gifts for my family. High class!

The only reason I’m even considering a 3 star review is because I originally bought my wife’s ring here and the lady who helped me during that time was professional and courteous.Today on May 30 2024 around 2:30 interested in purchasing the breitling I was contemplating when I purchased my wife’s ring last year. I walked into the store, and I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude from the staff member at the front. Going by the name “Izadora” Instead of a warm greeting, I felt an immediate sense of unwelcomeness. This employee’s demeanor was unprofessional and off-putting, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.If you dislike your job that much or have that much of an attitude find somewhere else to work. I picked this shop because I live local and support local. I just hope she knows she successfully pissed me off enough to reconsider buying it today even though I’ve been waiting over a year to buy it.

I had not been to Clarkson Jewelers before I brought my 40 year old wedding ring in to be sized up little. I haven’t been able to wear it for a couple of years.Everyone was very nice, from the nice man that opened the door for me, to the young lady who took care of me. I’m sorry I did not get her name. She sized my ring and my finger and said it would be a couple of weeks before it would be done.In reality, it was a couple of days. My ring looks brand new! All polished up and beautiful.Thank you very much.

Great first visit and experience in purchasing a watch. Todd, Annie and Izadora are incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about watches. I would highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a watch. Ask Izadora about her fun facts. I myself will look forward to seeing their newly renovated showroom since I definitely intend to go back.
