The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. “Work was completed in Feb 2019. The replaced panel started to show rust and misalignment with the door and trunk. Met with the GM Tony in mid January 2024 and was told this is covered by the warranty and I will be called when the parts are in. By mid February I started calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally got through Tony and was told the same, they need couple of weeks to order the parts. Over a month later I am again not able to find out what is going on. Calls and emails are not returned. Terrible customer service, I feel like the idea is to make me forfeit my warranty by ignoring me.
Update: Tony called me and an appointment was scheduled. The issue was addressed to my satisfaction.”
