if i could give 0 stars i would. terrible dealership. sold me a car that doesn’t even work or drive! Don rushed us through everything and didn’t disclose ANYTHING that was wrong with the car and now i bought a car that doesn’t even work! TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR DON SPECIFICALLY

Went to look at a car, test drove it and really liked it BUT the salesman Don tried to pressure me into buying it right then, said they could send everything via internet to my husband. Told him I wasn't buying a car without first speaking to my husband and agreed to come in the next day. Don then did a walk around of my trade and immediately wanted to tell me every little thing wrong with it which amounted to a broken headlight casing and a place where the paint was bubbling up by my sunroof. Very minor things. I wasn't a mile down the road and he called me to start to run my trade down again saying we may not give you what you want. I'm not into playing some high pressure game where they want me to pay full price on their car and give me nothing for my trade. Tried calling the sales manager, no answer, left my number and he ghosted me. Guess they can pull that on another woman but I'm not playing their game,,,buying from another dealer. Get lost Don!

Great dealership! I bought the car from out of State and Bommarito provided a smooth and easy process. Ryan Bayer was my sales rep and he was knowledgeable and passionate about cars. He was very quick to respond and provided detailed pictures and video and answered many questions allowing me to comfortably purchase a one way ticket without worry. There were no surprises when I showed up and the financing was quick and painless. I'm loving every second of my SQ8!

Awful dealership, if you need anything after purchase you are on your own. They sold me the vehicle and the safety and emissions expired 2 weeks before all of the registration and title arrived in the mail. You would think they would update those at sale but did not. Called thinking they would make it right and instead simply said thats how it goes and every dealership does it this way. Then wanted me to wait for a week to schedule a time to have the inspections done again, incredibly frustrating and even more so that they simply do not care to make it right. Also did not disclose at purchase there was only one key and when i went to pick it up, not only did they say they can't provide a second key but that I would have to go to another dealership for that ad it would be $400. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Recently purchased a car here. They are very quick and nice people. They are very helpful and they delivered my car home almost a 1.5 hours drive from their place. Great experience buying a car from them.

Bommarito Mazda has a nice waiting room for the service dept. An oil change & coolant flush set me back about $250 and I only had to wait a bit more than an hour. I’ve never been dissatisfied here to make me want to visit another dealership.

Last June I contact mazda to book me a recall service nearest my place which is mazda bommarito st peters. During the visit they let me wait for long hrs just to check the brake code if it needs replacement or not. I patiently wait cause they said they couldn’t provide me a car. After waiting and waiting so decided to pull out the car and just to come back because i have work during that day. After I said that im gonna pull out may car they immediately said the car was okay. Lol but okay yeah. When I arrived home I noticed a scratch in my car, hood area. And they left a tool inside the hood. I immediately contact them to look into it. All they said is to give me a call back. I tried calling them again the next day, same answer. 3rd, same answer. This is when i get mad. So after i get mad they booked me a schedule to look the scratch and to return the tool. During the 2nd scheduled visit i talk to service manager (Jeff) and said the scratch was not made by them. He said might hit by a stone. He also said that i called them for first visit about the scratch. Which is not true because I visit them for the recall. Also if my main concern during first visit is the scratch I could’ve let them fix it. So since the service manager doesn’t listen, I approached the gen manager (Terry) to look at it and he said it’s not made by stone. And all he can do is to examine the recorded calls and videos made during service and give me a call back. I waited and they never call back. So i called him. He said they couldn’t reach the phone calls recording and to track the video. And he needs to talk to his boss. Also during my second visit I asked the service manager to double check the recall because during first visit they might have not check it properly and he said he doubled check it. So, all they said was they can’t do anything about the scratch. It was so stressful, waste of time and full of lies. Im felt disgusted and discriminated because im asian and im new here. I look young thats why maybe they do not respect me. All the words that came to their mouths was lies. I let it go because it’s not worth it. No one wants to help. So i asked the Gen manager to just give me a touch up paint and i do it myself he just said okay also ask for a free car wash. So i visit them again took the touch up paint but i was never offered a wash. But i let it go. They’re so disgusting to look at. After weeks Im already on my peaceful mind not until last week they called me again because because the recall wasn’t fixed. You judge guys on what kind of service I received and how they treated me. I just believe in KARMA. I wish they are happy.

I had a great experience at Bommarito this past weekend.I personally dealt with Dean, he was professional, easy to speak with, and very upfront with prices and negotiations. They valued my trade in at a very fair price and I drove away in exactly what I wanted within 2-3 hours.

We were looking for a used car with low mileage and Chris Clay helped us. We couldn’t have had a better experience. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were outstanding. He’s quick to respond to calls and does it with a smile. I highly recommend asking for him, you won’t regret it.
