The car buying experience was great, they worked to get me a better deal on monthly payments. What I don't appreciate is being treated like I'm nothing after buying the truck. They said they would mail the paper work so I could register the truck, in about a week after buying the truck. 3 weeks passed and they never did. I made multiple phone calls asking for updates weekly. Someone finally told me they are waiting on the lender, in the 3 weeks of calls Noone mentioned that. They added I could come pick up the paper work, again this was never offered the whole time. So I had to make a hour and half round trip to get stuff that was supposed to be mailed weeks ago.They said the safety and emissions paper was in truck, it wasn't. When I called and asked to have it emailed it took 4 days, the test was done before I bought the truck so it was already going to expire soon. Took multiple calls to get the paper work so I could register the vehicle. Which made the emissions/safety useless, because by the time I got the paper work, it was going to expire in 3 days. They completely lack any communication or care after buying a car. Like cool you bought from us no F off. They act like me calling about important documents was a problem to them.

Our experience buying at Bo Beuckman was great. Our salesman was named Bruce and he was extremely helpful. He made sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase and fully understood everything on the vehicle before we left. When I arrived the first time to look at a truck, I got the red carpet treatment. The truck was ready to drive and already cooled down so that the test drive was perfect. I assumed he would ride along, but he let me take it out solo. The entire staff was so friendly that we ended up buying from here even though we had a slightly cheaper option in the area. In fact, we have visited almost every Ford dealer in the St Louis area, and Bo Beuckman was the one where we received the best treatment. Even the financing guy didn't try too hard to get us to buy a bunch of extras. We firmly declined once and he honored our choice. We have had terrible experiences at many other dealers and were pleasantly surprised to experience the opposite at Bo Beuckman.
