I walked in manager Brandon greeting me. Told him my situation he knew how to direct me to take care of a transfer that I was supposed to get. Very kind and full of knowledge.

Iam new to this area. But, a customer of Bank ofAmerica for over 30 years.I was recently in this bank and I did meet the manager and someone who worked there. They treated me with kindness and respect and handled my business quickly. They have answered the phone when I called. So I don'tKnow why for all the bad reviews. Because I have never had a bad impression dealing with this particular bank. branch.business.qdl

Absolute worst bank ever. Impossible to get a human. No one ever answers the phone. Endless waiting and listening to suicide provoking recordings on how much they appreciate my business. One Manager in charge of new business ignores emails, phone calls and meetings.

I was in your Bank of America Ellisville branch today and I had a horrible experience I waited for almost 30 minutes just to get a cashiers check certified by a banker, I was going to also open an checking account and apply for a credit card today but the way I felt by Matt and the assistant manager was very mistreated so I decided not to sign up. I am going take my business elsewhere. The teller Matt wasn’t a pleasant person to work with he seemed very angry and acted like he didn’t want to even talk to me. When I first walk into US Bank which is where I bank now they always greet me with a smile. I hope something is done about this matter.

Just like the other folks who previously reviewed this branch. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru just waiting to deposit payroll checks.

Terrible customer service experience. Waited over 30 mins to get 1 deposit done, when teller was finally done, just handed back receipt and turned around. very unlikely to find this type of service in St. Louis.

Tuesday 9/13 I had a nightmare day. I lost my wallet which obviously contained credit cards and my drivers license but also it was a large wallet that had my checkbook in it. The Bank of America 800 number was one of my first calls and the customer service guy cancelled my debit card and asked if I had a passport to which I replied yes. He said take your passport into your nearest branch and they'll get your account closed and a new one opened so that there's no issue with the lost checks. Great, sounds like a plan. I walked into this branch at 2:35pm. The greeter apologized that the banker was with someone else. He directed me to the more comfortable seats and said he'd be right with me. The banker's name was Martin. He came over at 2:38 and said he's ready for me and apologized for my wait. I got the old account closed and the new one opened. He ordered me a new debit card, new checks, and issued a temporary card to use until the new one came. He told me how to activate the temporary card on my way out of the bank. I was there about 20 minutes. The entire time I was there I heard pleasant conversation between the greeter and the tellers. You could tell it was a happy work environment. This experience is so vastly different than the experience I had at the Creve Coeur branch less than one hour earlier and I so appreciated their help and being there. The Creve Coeur branch should take lessons from these people.
