10/10!! THANK YOU TO MR. RON BAKER. the minute i came in he made me feel so welcomed, and was extremely friendly. he was so patient with me and was quick to educate me on everything, which made me feel so much better. he was very informative and well spoken about EVERYTHING. he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. it was like he looked at things like he was in my shoes and helped me with finding the perfect suite, that would fit me perfectly. he answered every question before i had the chance to ask, i felt so confident with his positive attitude and feedback. he is an excellent communicator and is the perfect example of hospitality!!! i really appreciate his time, patience, professionalism, and most importantly his warming welcome! THANK YOU SO MUCH AVENTURA AND RON B!!! I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!

I have never lived in an apartment community where everything is maintained and dealt with exceptionally fast. Tara and her team are amazing. The community is 5 star with amenities and landscaping.

Pros of living here: apartments are updated and well maintained. The maintenance team responded very quickly the few times I had a request. Mainly safe location with nice walking/biking trail nearby. The complex seemed to hold regular resident events, did not attend one to comment on those.Cons of living here: Ellisville youth baseball traffic - in season, it is constant, loud, and many guests of that ballpark drive way too fast. Amenities of clubhouse/pool are very small or non-existent. For the price of rent, I'd expect better in terms of pool size at the very least. The fitness center is bare minimum to even be referred to as such. There isn't much in the way of shopping nearby, have to head to neighboring communities for better restaurants or stores. And the biggest con of all is that given the limited availability of options to rent in decent areas in St. Louis metro overall, this apartment complex can and does charge whatever it wants and people will pay it because it is the nicer option within the immediate vicinity. During my very short tenure as a resident here, I spent thousands of dollars, and quite a lot of that was related to fees, and not just base rent. Administrative fees, which no one could possibly justify, a fee to live in Ellisville, which I'm not entirely sure what benefit I gained from paying, fees if you break your lease because you accept a job in another city and provide adequate notice, fees for random "brown" spots on carpets you lived on for 2 whole months which were covered in large area rugs, and on and on and on ad nauseum.I can say that living here was one of the more miserable apartment experiences I've ever had personally just due to the amount of money I wasted living here. My departure from this city was certainly tainted having to deal with Aventura staff.

Love it here. The staff is so friendly and the property is kept sparkling. The apartments are newer and well appointed. Fun activities like food tricks, pool parties and year end dog swim. I'll be renewing a third time. Best rent in town.

I honestly don’t know what to say at this point. I almost feel like they discriminate against gay couples. Lease violations are handed out like candy. Nothing is ever addressed and maintenance is awful. The whole complex has to adhere to one resident being a Karen. You get a lease violation for literally anything. They enter your home without notice just to get proof of said violations. After my car got broken into. They refuse to let me put up a camera and said they couldn’t “due to liability reasons”. I wonder why hotels are able to do it. The staff is all over the place you can never truly trust what anyone tells you. Even the property manager lies and seems to backtrack everything she says. We got a lease violation for smoking once stop doing that and received another. Without proof or evidence the manager completely came up with a false narrative to back up the second lease violation. Showed me “proof” that wasn’t even from the incident. Not to mention the property manager was smoking on the property as well. But wants me to walk to the road to hit my vape why can’t they follow there own rules. Be advised as well any complaints you make will be known. Nothing is private or confidential according to the property manager. I know the exact residences who makes the complaints because she told me. That is not a safe practice to follow. I get told there are no quite times then get a violation for a day I wasn’t even home. For music in the evening hours the evening hours. Definitely not a friendly place to stay either. I’ve been cussed for walking my dog and the only thing that the apartment complex did was tell me to go somewhere else even know I pay the same rent as they do. I’ve never complained on any of my neighbors who constantly are being noisy and constantly having there dog barking. THEY WILL COME INTO YOURE HOME WITHOUT WARNING JUST TO PLEASE ONE PERSONS COMPLAINTS INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THE ONE WHO IS BEING COMPLAINED ON. AT THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX YOU ARE GUILTY FOR WHATEVER WHO EVER WANTS YOU TO BE NO MATTER WHAT THIS PLACE WILL RUIN A GOOD RENTERS NAME WITH LEASE VIOLATIONS.

We are so pleased with living here! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased, including maintenance. This has been such a breathe of fresh air from our previous apartment complex. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

JJ is amazing. He was such a huge help when I moved in, during the time I lived there, and when I moved out. Did the same for my mom when she moved in, while she lived there, and when she moved out. He’s the best and so efficient!

We have lived here for over 4 years. Tara Pokorney is truly the best. So goes above and beyond. She even brings popsicles to you at the pool before she goes home for the day!

Awesome facility. Spent 3 years in the Aventura community. Maintenance was always available in the rare occasion we needed a repair, the office staff is amazing to work with, and the apartment was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Quiet, well kept, and highly recommended!

I’ve been here about 5 months. Management is wonderful, welcoming, and kind. Maintenance is fast and reliable. I feel safe, the place is beautiful. It was such a good decision to move here.

Beware. They charge a $250 “administrative fee”. No other complex I have ever dealt with does this. They charge the typical application fee of around $50. Adventura takes a $250 “non refundable” fee even though they have ZERO vacancies. They take your money and put you on a WAIT LIST. It’s unethical and predatory.

Tara is really friendly and is easy to get ahold of if we have any questions in regards to our lease or just general questions about our stay at Aventura Towne Centre. Maintenance staff is kind and professional. Quiet complex everyone is very friendly.

The apartment complex was great. My boyfriend and I loved here for 1-1/2 years and it met all of our expectations. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly whenever we had a question or an issue came up. When there was an issue, maintenance would come the next day to get it fixed. The complex is also very safe and well maintained. We would’ve stayed here longer, but decided to purchase our first home. Highly recommend these apartments!

I m blessed to having this aventura Towne Centre Appartment, all office staff r treated very nicely , I been here 3 years now tara and Blaine they both is supper nice ,every time I need any kind of help they resolve very quickly and I absolutely love my Appartment it’s a great property to live here , I love it thank you all ❤️

I have lived here for a year and a half, and I have loved it the whole time! When my lease was up I didn’t want to leave because I love it so much! My boyfriend and I switched to a bigger unit and the process was super smooth. Both units I have lived in are as if they are brand new. All appliances are new and stainless steal. The area around the apartment is clean and well kept. Maintenance is extremely nice and always on top of things if there is an issue, but issues are not often. Management is also great, Tara is the property manager and is beyond helpful with anything you need! Any issues or question I have ever had she is back to me with a response within the day. The pool and gym are always clean as well! Valet trash is done several times a week also which makes it super easy to take trash out! Cant recommend This place enough!
