Diagnosed my check engine light, found the part I needed and installed it for me. The check engine light is now off and car runs great. AutoZone saves the day!!! Would recommend them to everyone

Went to this store to get some help with getting a diagnostic reading. The associate that I dealt with was Greney S.. He absolutely did not want to help me with this. I explained to him that I needed the reading in order get some warranty work done. Only then did he reluctantly do so. I went out of my way to thank him for his efforts. What I got in return was an angry stare and silence. I realize this is courtesy service your store offers, but is it necessary to make a customer feel so unwelcome and bothersome?

Honestly, I was having a horrible day and then it started pouring and my windshield wipers broke. I work across the street at cvs and was ready to breakdown. I came in and you could tell the man who helped me had been dealing with something that had tension high. When I put my card in and it said it wasn’t working i actually started crying because it was enough for me today. I thanked them and said sorry to waste your time and walked out the door crying and I got in my car and was about to drive off and this selfless man paid for my windshield wipers because he didn’t want me scratching my windshield. I thanked him and said I appreciate his kindness. I will be bringing back money and paying him back. He turned my night so much different from that one selfless act of kindness. Garvey(I believe that’s what his name was) it was raining too- you deserve a raise!!!

Stopped in on Saturday needing antifreeze. Jerome was so helpful in first, helping my identify what I needed, then selecting the right product and then assisting and educating me on putting it in my car. Super helpful and solved a problem that I thought was going to be a far more expensive repair. Great service.
