“My husband and I cannot recommend St. Louis Home Fires enough! We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. His guys were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient during install, and when we noticed a slight cosmetic issue after install, Frank responded within minutes with a solution and had the new part ordered and installed within a week. We are VERY happy with the level of customer service we received from Frank and his team. Would highly recommend using them for your fireplace needs.”
“When I was unable to get the job done locally, I made the drive down to Fenton. My salesperson Tandra took care of what I needed and got me exactly what I wanted and a great installer. The owner Austin came out met me and shook my hand and let me know I was at the right place. “Our toilet flapper valve went bad so I headed to the big box stores in O’Fallon, I thought that this was my only option. Of course they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I started a google search. I tried the plumbing supply store (which I had forgotten about) in north O’Fallon, they had nothing in stock for my Kohler, I have heard that they have changed ownership. So back to Google and Ferguson Plumbing came up and I’m so glad that I found this place. Never again will I go to the big box stores for plumbing, they have everything and then some. If you need anything for your plumbing repairs give them a shout!”

“I purchased a corner cabinet online and it was to be delivered to the chesterfield location. I received a notification that it was delivered to the store. I spoke with Nicholas and he said his manager noticed it was the wrong one and that the correct one should be there the next day. (Thank you to his manager! I’m sorry I didn’t get his/her name). My experience talking with Nicholas was the best customer service I’ve encountered!! He was kind and informative. Nicholas informed me the cabinet was not “assembled” as I had seen on the website. He went out of his way to put it together for me because I am not able to due to hand and wrist problems. Thank you, Nicholas!! I want to give Paul a big Thank you for putting the cabinet in my car for me!”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
