“First and most importantly, the 5 Star rating is for the experience I've had with the staff from the first day I walked in to check the complex out. I've dealt with multiple staff members, office and maintenance personnel and they've all been pleasant and helpful. However, Gina is an ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!! If I could give her an individual rating of a 10+ I would. The move for me was due to last minute circumstances and Gina turned what could have been an even more stressful situation into a stress free situation. Thanks to everyone and the biggest THANK YOU to Gina!”

“I lived here for two years and loved it. If I wasn’t moving back to my home state, I would stay here. Central AC, fireplace, spacious, bathroom in bedroom (I rented a 3 bed 2 bath), prompt maintenance team, and pet friendly! Barb and Karen are sweet too. If you’re thinking of moving here, this is your sign to do so ?”

“Woodhollow has a great diverse community. The office staff are amazing and understanding. I was a resident for about 2 years, they have always been so patient and worked with me during hard times. The area is safe and the community itself is nice and collaborative. My only complaint is the roach issue, my entire floor struggled with this issue and I was charged for pest control upon moving out. Other than that, I would recommend Woodhollow. The area is amazing, amazing staff members, and community.”

RON BAKER. the minute i came in he made me feel so welcomed, and was extremely friendly. he was so patient with me and was quick to educate me on everything, which made me feel so much better. he was very informative and well spoken about EVERYTHING. he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. it was like he looked at things like he was in my shoes and helped me with finding the perfect suite, that would fit me perfectly. he answered every question before i had the chance to ask, i felt so confident with his positive attitude and feedback. he is an excellent communicator and is the perfect example of hospitality!!! i really appreciate his time, patience, professionalism, and most importantly his warming welcome!
