These guys are awesome. My riding lawn mower wouldn't start. I called them Monday. They picked it up, fixed it, tuned, dropped it back at my house the same day. Couldnt be happier!

Just bought a Gravely Zero Turn Mower from A & M. Good price and service. Then bought a hitch kit to install. Instructions were bad and no YouTube help.Mike(the owner) came to my house and installed it. Really great service!

I broke a belt on my Toro lawn mower and I couldn't fix it. I called two places for service. The first said, "I can get to it in a week or so...once you drop it off and if I have the part; I'll check and call you." A&M said, "I have the part in stock and can get it done in a day or two." I took it to A&M at 10:30 in the morning. At 2:30...same day...four hours later, they called to say it was done. NOW, THAT'S SERVICE! ! ! I'd give them more stars if it went higher! By the way...I NEVER heard back from the first guy!

I am overall satisfied with their service for sure. I had a bradely 48in riding mower in for service. Everything they said they did, they did, including things they noticed along the way during service. Only thing preventing complete 5 stars is that it would be great to receive a call before additional service is performed for acceptance. Along with that I initially call asking for a pickup/delivery service since I didn't have a trailer for it yet. They said no problem but said nothing about an additional charge. I fully expected one because I get that it costs gas/time/money ect., so wasn't surprised to see it on the bill. Pretty much they told me the base charge initially and said they would check for additional things when they got it, which they did and took care of, but just got a call saying I was due much more all after the fact when it was done, all of which I expected but just wasn't informed beforehand. All good really for me and I like what they took care of, but anyone in a financial bind might need to specifically request a call before additional work is performed, which is kind of a customer service 101 thing in my book. Anyways, my bradely is running great and ready for the new season because of these guys, so truly thank you. I personally agree with the additional work and pickup/delivery fee that was due

I have a Gravely walk behind that I took in for service. The experience was one of the worst customer experience results. I brought the mower in for service to repair an axle. I dropped the mower off and they lost the key and tried to get another key to work in the ignition and chewed up the ignition in the process. The owner told me that I brought the ignition in like that and accused me of dishonesty. In addition, they had trouble getting the wheel off to get the axle on and painted the wheel silver and not Gravely grey because they ran out of paint. When I got the mower home, I noticed the axle was not lined up correctly and the brake was not working. One day later, the Wheel was flat. Obviously, very unprofessional service and very unethical. I would recommend to NEVER go to this place for service.
