“I was sent to Lake Pet Hospital when my own vet was completely booked and couldn’t see one of my cats. It was an emergency situation. I didn’t know anything about Lake Pet Hospital. Marmalade who is an outdoor cat had gone missing. I searched for him for 3 days and found him in a very bad way not that far from home. Lake Pet Hospital was extremely friendly, supportive and kind. Dr. Kristen came to speak with me and explained all possible outcomes and procedures. She was so kind to me and understanding. She has a very special gift and I think Lake Pet Hospital is lucky to have her on staff. I found the pricing of services to be very fair. The receptionists were all very informative and I was made aware of everything before during and after it happened. Marmalade spent over a week in their facility recovering and today we brought him home. When I walked into the room to see him, Dr. Kristen was holding him so gently in her arms. I cried. I was so touched by the incredibly loving care and the progress he had made since his injury. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a vet’s office where their pet will receive top level care at an affordable cost.”
