“Very nice and polite people here. They got my truck ready, adjusted the mirrors for me, and gave me a few driving tips. While chances are I won't have to rent from here again, they did outstanding at their customer service. I had difficulty in finding their location, I called a couple of times, they gave me directions, and when I didn't arrive promptly they called me to see if I needed additional help in getting there. Very nice. I was lost ;)”

“This is a great place to rent. Very nice and clean units. I don’t worry about theft because the units are in a gated area with surveillance cameras in operation. The owners are very nice people as well and very helpful. I rent three units from them and have done so for more than a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about Grand Avenue Storage”
