“I've been with the previous gas company (purchased by pinnacle) for a very long time and out of the blue, I received a letter saying a new company (pinnacle) was taking over. That was it. Nothing more and in over four months, never heard any more. I was on an auto fill program with the “old†company and never needed to worry about checking my tank often to see if it was filled. Then today of course, I ran out of gas in my propane tank and it was below freezing outside. I call the “old†gas company's number and a recording came on that they're closed for the evening. Fortunately the recording also listed a contact number for emergencies.”
