Prices had gone up, understandably, but $300 for a detail and we expected high quality like what we received previously at their old location. What a joke! Fees went up and everything else tanked. We have no longer recommended detail work be done by them to any of our clients and friends when asked. The rudeness and disrespect we were shown from the owner's wife while having to argue with her over the poor quality job (and still having to pay full price!) was absolutely disgusting. The proof was as clear as day. We were past all of it. Now, 6+ months later and we're still being told through mutual clients that she's slandering OUR business! Just go somewhere else. I dropped my car off and was told Id get a call "later that day" when it was done. I got a call at 430 (they close at 5) stating that it WAS clean but the carpet needed a few more hours. I decided to leave it but shortly after decided picking it up was needed. ***The carpet looks great*** it didn't need anymore work but other parts of the car were totally untouched!! I showed up to 4 people rushing to clean my car and a $225 bill (she was being gracious lol). Today I'll be wiping down my windows and removing the babies milk from the seat cracks. Thanks again ;)
