Chris Scott was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had struggled my first go around with buying a zero turn until I showed up at crown town and country. Chris came out in the rain and made sure we did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. He answered every question with compassion. My purchase there was easy and ended up with the perfect zero turn for my needs. Thank you Chris for making my transaction smooth. Will be back for other toys.

I need to give a shout out to Crown Power in Eldon Missouri. I grew up in Eldon,” did the military thing for 20 years, but always knew I was going to come home.I’ve been around the world a few times and the reason I knew I was always coming home is not just because it’s where I grew up but also you just can’t find customer service and wholesome good core values like you can right here in the heart of Missouri. I know this firsthand. Here is a shout out to Roger and his desire to share his knowledge to help people like me learning about new equipment, and how to maintain it properly.I went to school with Heath, who also gave the military his first career. Roberta is always extremely nice and helpful and always checks in on my parents… Chris grew up in Eldon as well. With people like that, you know they’re going to take care of their hometown, and all the people in it! if I knew everyone’s name there, I would list them out right now because I’m sure they’ve earned my recognition as well.I use Stihl equipment on a couple family properties I maintain. I pretty much use commercial grade equipment. Stihl is definitely my brand.I had an issue with the BR 800 Magnum, backpack, leaf blower. It was just a fluke, but, I got a bad one. Last year, Stihl opted to have Crown Power, put a whole new engine in it with less than one month of use. I wasn’t so happy about it and wasn’t convinced it would fix the problem. This year, same exact thing, except I worked with Brent to stay on top of Stihl because I wanted a replacement and not another engine. At first, it didn’t seem like that was going to work, but with a little bit of leverage visiting with other Stihl distributors, ready to help Crown Power, out if Stihl wouldn’t stand behind a replacement… But Brent got it done! I’m sure Roger had a lot to do with that also. This is a long review, but my friends from my hometown earned it. It’s things like this that bring people like Heath and me back home even though we’re trained to live anywhere.Well done Eldon Crown Power family!

Where to start! First they told me my Kubota skid loader takes 9 gallons of hydraulic oil, then they attempted to fix my tree puller which I broke the hydraulic line. They sent it home with a new hose but still leeks like crazy, took it back and they put a little bit bigger oring on it! Guess what still leaks, so I called Danuser and they said that crown probably didn’t use an oam rated line just used one of there’s. I’m out 500$, a tree puller that still can’t use and a lot of extra hydraulic oil because the tank is 3 gallons not 9. If they treat all people this way I’m not sure how they are still doing business. I even told them my wife and I might be upgrading our equipment soon, looks like we are headed to John Deere and Sydenstrikers cause that’s not the way to treat people ??.

I spent some time (10 minutes ) looking around, wanting to speak to someone about buying a tractor I researched online. Walked out with a brochure I found on the model I was interested in. Saw the only one they model (LX3310) they had outside. Didn't like the options they had on it. I'd say maybe make an appointment with them before you just show up.

This company charged me $278 to replace the fuel line on my 8-year-old Stihl MS 271 ($20 of that is for sharpening my chain!). I paid $400 for the saw brand new, & these people charged me nearly $300 to replace a fuel line? I will never spend another dollar at this business.Edit 11/29/22: Gas cap leaks badly now, & it's still rough to start the first time. I sent the machine to the shop to get fixed. Instead, they replaced a simple part & didn't do anything else besides sharpen the chain... I wonder if they included the chain sharpening in the time they charged me for, which was 2 hours to change a fuel line. Burn me once, shame on me...
