Does not accept the .15 cent discount on the Phillips 66 account but still comes up on the app as one of their stations. Should not be allowed to be on app if they refuse to do the discounted price or at least that info should be noted to not waste the drive there with expectation of discounted price for gas with Phillips 66 app.
